Adding Interactive map to homepage

I am trying to put an interactive map on my homepage so it will be the first thing you see after the welcome. I cant seem to figure out how to do this. I have downloaded the map plugin and can get the map to pop up on a post

As I understand, you already installed a plugin to put an interactive map on your homepage, but it seems like you’re having difficulty making it work. Is that right?
This is definitely possible with a plugin. If the one you’re trying to use now is giving you a little difficulty, you can try other options from this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/interactive%20maps
However, if you prefer to use the plugin you downloaded, you can absolutely get help from it’s plugin developer. You would normally find the contact information or documentation from the same place you downloaded it from.
You have a self-hosted WordPress site, hosted by BlueHost and not WordPress.com. You can find best help from WordPress.org Forum.
