adding item to blog's main page

  This item is on my blog’s main page. Tough Times, September-October, 2016
  A click says WordPress can’t find the file. But if I click on the address copied onto a Word document, it opens.
  This was posted in public forums last week, but no useful ideas emerged.

  That URL produces a 404 page not found result.
