adding javascript to an existing wordpress site

  I’m trying to incorporate some parallax scrolling into an existing wordpress site. I’m pretty handy with html and css, but very new to working with wordpress. Any guidance or insight would be very much appreciated. The theme being used on the site I need to modify is called ‘pagelines’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
