Adding large database with user access and querry

  I want to add a database feature as a plugin to the websites i sell my customers that allows users to querry various fields and produce specific products from each querry. The database files are about 350 byte record and could range from 5,000 records to 100,000 to a 1,000,000 or more. Each website would contain a unique database but the output would be the same.
