Adding like and share function of posts to home page

    Hi there… I have two blogs : one with the twenty ten & one with twenty eleven. I have noticed on some other blogs with the same theme that they have their sharing links & like links on the home page directly under the post, so the viewer can click a like or share from the home page without clicking on the post. I can’t find anywhere in the settings how to achieve this with my blogs. So for me the viewer has to click on the post to share , like and comment.

    How can I add this function to my home page after each post??
