Adding links and removing social media icons in post pages
-
Hello, I want to remove the twitter icon on the blog page and link the Instagram and FB icons. How do I accomplish this? Can I add social media icons to the homepage as well?
I have seen the automated response and related documentation, but when I go to my individual post page, there are no social icons or links to edit. They just don’t display until you view the site live online. Please help with this issue.

Hey there,
Looks like you’re using the Stewart theme. What you have to do is login to your back and and on the left side menu click on Appearance -> Editor.
Once you’re in the visual editor, simply click into the menu of your website and click on the icons themselves. For example, see below. I clicked into the Twitter icon and I am able to type in a custom link instead of the default hashtag which is a placeholder:

Or, if you want to delete one of these icons, simply click on the delete button after clicking the 3 button icon to show this menu.

Further, if you click on the plus icon within your social media menu, you can search for other relevant social media icons to add to your menu.

I’m not sure if this menu is dynamic to change on the homepage or within posts, but this will at least give you global control of your social media icons on your website.
Hope this helps!
