Adding links and underlining them
-
I am using Canard theme on a Business Plan. When I click on the add link button in the editor it adds the link as an https://etcetc which isnt what I want, I just want the NAME of the website link to show. For example: WordPress or VISIT HERE.
I have tried clicking on the three dots to the right of the pop up box where you write in the URL and there I can write the NAME for the link ie WordPress or CLICK HERE. But it takes three attempt of adding the URL before it will do it. Its really make adding links time consuming.
Also when the links are applied to my post they are not underlined and I cannot find anywhere in my site settings to make links underlined by default.
I have used WordPress before but not this new editor.
I am finding that when I use the add link button that the pop up box stays open and I cannot close it. So my page is cluttered with pop up boxes. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve now managed to add the underlines by keyboard shortcut CTRL+U. But, it this the most efficient way to underline? Still wondering why hyperlinks not automatically underlined.
