Adding links to a particular word in my posts.

  Is there any way to go through my blog and attach a link to a particular word EVERY time it appears? Without doing it manually for each post and each time that word appears in the post?

  how to add links to various parts of te blog.Like i have a link like wallpapers n the person clicking it reachinga page of wallpapers in my blog.
