Adding Links to Books listed on M y WP Book Page

  I add the book’s image to the page, copy the blurb to the page; but I’m experiencing difficulty creating a link from the page to Amazon. When I copy and paste the URL of my book on Amazon to my WP page, using the link feature, nothing shows up. What is the simple and reliable way to add this link? Thanks.
