Adding links to images

  Hello!
  I would like to add links to images but I cannot do it.
  Is there a way that I can customize each photo and add a link to each of them such as in this page: https://tpxtech.wordpress.com/markets/

  If you are using the new post/page editor interface (light blues and grays), after you insert an image into your post or page, click on the image to highlight it, and then in the main editor toolbar, click on the link icon (looks like chain links) and enter the address you wish to link the image to. By default it will show the link to the image itself. Then click save and your image will be linked to the address you entered.

  If you are using the post/page editor in the admin dashboard, when you click Add Media and then choose your image, look down on the right column in that window and you will see “Link to”. Click on the dropdown beside that and select Custom URL and a field will appear below it where you can then enter the address. If the image is already inserted into the post, click on the image to highlight it and then click on the Link icon in the main editor toolbar and add your address there.
