Adding links to multiple words in post or several posts

    I’m wondering if there is a way to attach a link to multiple words all at once. For example: Each time I used the word ‘tulip’, I would like the word to be linked to my tulip page. I’ve been blogging for a little while and would love to add links to all my old posts without going through each one, selecting each word, and manually adding the link.

    Any help would be very much appreciated!
