Adding Links to other blogs

I know this is probably a really stupid question but I can’t for the life of me work out how to add a list of my Fav Blogs to my page.
and also is it possible to add a image link as well.
Sorry for being stupid.

No question is stupid. We were all just starting out once.
I think this is what you want.
You can use the links widget in your sidebar and then add the links as explained below. You can also have images associated with the links. That is also explained below.

Oops, I messed up on the “links” URL I gave above. This is the one that has to do with the blogroll links stuff.
