  I want to insert a link from the web to a page but the “insert link” icon is greyed out?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Before you can insert a link, you’ll need to highlight the text that you want to turn into a link. That will make the “insert link” icon available to click on. We have more about that here: Links
