Adding links to photos

  Hi there,

  How do you add links to pictures?

  Every time I add a link (via picture directly or with link button) after saving, it reverts back to the image file. So if an image says “click here” for a site or I want a pic to link to a source directly, it doesn’t, it sends me to the image file.

  For existing posts, in the editor, click on the image and then click on the mountain icon and in the “file URL field, put the URL of the source.

  For new posts, when you insert the image, put the URL you want the image to link to in the “file URL field before you insert it.

  Yup, that’s what I do. But for some reason, it reverts to the attachment file :S
