  we’ve paid for customization, but the reality is it seems to be very limited. Which themes allow for logos in the header? Please advise asap, we’ve been trying to get our blog going for 2 months!!

  A logo is just an image and there are many themes here that have custom image headers. No CSS editing is required for uploading a logo as a header image. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/ If you choose a theme without a header image then you can put you logo in an image wiget or text widget and display it at the top of your sidebar.
