adding media

  when I try to add media clicking the add media button takes me back to the top of the page and not to the media library. also when I scroll to the bottom of my draft instead of stopping at the bottom the page just keeps scrolling on completely blank and eventually stops. Once stopped the page is still blank. I have tried adding media on all my static pages and past published blogs but still have the same problem.
