Adding Media

  I cannot add media to my posts. When I click add media nothing happens. I am able to upload my images, but when I go to add media nothing happens on the page. This is the first time this has happened. I have uploaded 3 posts before this with no issues.

  Please advice.

  Exactly which media are you having trouble with please (video or audio)? Please link to it.

  Do you have the free plan or have you purchased upgrades? If so which upgrade did you purchase please?

  I see a photo link on your post, but it looks like it links to a photo on you desktop computer, not one in your media library. Could you try uploading a photo to your media library and then adding it to your post?

  Yes, that was a link to a photo from my library. I am on my iPhone and it seems to be working fine when I use the add media button. But when I am on my laptop it is not working. This was the time I’ve had this issue so I wasn’t sure what was wrong.

  It could just be that adding a photo from your phone works a little differently than adding one from the desktop.

  If you are near your laptop now, could you try to add an image from your media library (not your photo library on your computer) to a test post? I know you got the post you asked about working, but I want to make sure we also solve the mystery if we can.

  I just tried it again from my laptop and still didn’t have luck. When I’m on this page editing my post and try to click on the add media button it doesn’t do anything.
