Adding Media

    I’m trying to change various media on the WordPress theme I just downloaded. Simple things such as adding my own Header Image. However, the site will allow me to choose a file to be uploaded, but it will not actually upload the image. Each time it tells me that it was unable to add to wp-content. I have a basic free account. Am I not allowed to change images with a free account?
