  On our website I and trying to add photos taken from Facebook. The first one went easily enough but now I cannot add any more

  Is your Media Library full? that will prevent you from being able to upload additional files. Each free WordPress.com blog comes with 3GB of free storage. Posts do not count towards this storage, only pictures and videos.

  What format is the image saved as? These are the accepted image file types: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/#accepted-image-file-types
