  Hi, I’m trying to add media (photos) but can’t upload files

  Sorry to hear that. What’s happening when you try to upload files? Are you getting an error message?

  Also, can you confirm which site you’re unable to upload to?

  Hi, thanks for getting back, i can drag and drop pictures to upload but there’s no response (and no error message) when I click on the ‘select files’ button which I’ve used hundreds of times and I find to be the much easier way of uploading pictures. The website is called walkswithwelf.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
