Adding media to a new post…

I have just gone onto my site to add a new post as I do every week, and all of a sudden when I click ‘add media’ (in this case a new photography) the bar simply jumps back up into the title of the post box. Usually a new window opens (the typical adding media window) but this is not happening at all. The bar simply jumps straight back to the title box. Whats happening? This is really frustrating!
