Adding menu and featured post in theme 2014

  I am trying to add 2 menus on in the theme 2014 but only one menu is showing on the top of the page. Please give me step by step guidance on how to add 2 or more menus in this specific area.

  Secondly I have made one post but it is not showing below the featured images on the main page.Please guide me on this as well, how I can make this visible on the main page under featured images.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Twenty Fourteen theme allows two different menus: one at the top, and one on the left-hand side. There is no way to add 2 or more menus at the top.

  To set the location of those menus, just check the right box(es) on the menus page. (Screenshot: http://imgur.com/Ar84kZo)

  About the second issue: right now I’m seeing a post below the images on your main page, so I don’t know if you need help with this anymore.

  Ok now the problem that I am facing is I am seeing only one post on the main page. What do I need to do see below all the posts that I make?
