Adding meta tag

  I added my site to be included on a free webmaster tool, one of the tools is to add a meta tag to my blog <meta name=”verify-v1″ content=”Yb0Oq7+DOpzc/2nYGeysdmnpHmu5AGl3cDdqGQ6n3JU=” /> but i dont know where to put it, anyone know where it should go? It says i have to put it on the home page. The other option i have is to upload a html file but i dont know how that works either.

  Well, there’s an easy answer: you cannot use meta tags on a WordPress.com blog. If they give you HTML code, you can just write a post or page like normal, paste the code in under the HTML editor tab, and post that.
