Adding meta tag to verify site

    I want to add email accounts to my site with googleapps.
    It says I have to verify that the domain name myblueearth.biz is my site by following the google instructions
    1. Download this HTML verification file. [google2583ffd7d0f29b60.html]

    2. Upload the file to http://myblueearth.biz/

    When I click on download this HTML verification file it just gives me google2583ffd7d0f29b60.html. there is nothing else in it.

    In WordPress I go to webmaster tools verification and it says the example is

    Example: <meta name=’google-site-verification’ content=’dBw5CvburAxi537Rp9qi5uG2174Vb6JwHwIRwPSLIK8′>

    Where do I get this meta name?
