adding more blog posts to the front page

  Hello,
  Does anyone know how to add more posts to your frontpage? At the moment it is set to 10 but that leaves a lot of space at the foot of my posts, as I have a long sidebar,

  Settings —> Reading —> Blog pages show at most —> change number and update

  But the bigger issue (longer anyway) is that your sidebar goes on so far that one finds it difficult to use. You could copy the html of some of your links then paste the code into pages. It would be far easier to find your links from a pages widget. Just my opinion.

  You are welcome.
  If you decide to use pages for your links, you can copy the code by viewing the source code of your blog. Use the browser’s find feature, say “****Recently published work” so you can easily locate the code to copy.
  Note that if you add more links to a widget, then you will have to repeat the process to include them: the links on your page won’t update automatically.
