Adding more menu

  My current theme provides two menus (About and Home). I would want to upgrade it to have at least 4 menu items (adding 2 more onto the current theme).

  Can anyone suggest me ways to do this please?

  Hi there. Just to clarify, you have only one menu. Home and About are merely menu links.

  Every time you publish a new page, it will create a new link on your menu. See here about publishing pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/

  You can also create a custom menu if you want to add other items, like custom links to your menu. See here for instructions on doing that: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
