Adding mouseover links

  Hi there, is there any way to add a feature/create my own .css where I can hover over a link (the link is to a picture) and the site automatically displays the image at the cursor? Something like the links here, but even less fancy – https://articles.edhrec.com/epic-experiment-teshar-hatebears/

  Just to clarify, you need the Premium or Business Plan to use customised CSS.
