  How can I implement MP3’s on my wordpress?

  Do you mean to upload mp3 files or do you want to embed mp3 files that are hosted elsewhere?

  If you want to upload mp3 files directly to your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to have WordPress.com Premium or WordPress.com Business plan. You can check out our plans and their features here: http://store.wordpress.com/plans

  If you want to embed an audio file from an external source (e.g., Dropbox) you can find instructions in this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/#embed-audio
