  I did some rsearch and i guess I need to upgrade to do this, can someone tell me which upgrade to take? there are several

  All you should need is the extra space upgrade. Alternatively, I believe there are free hosts that allow hotlinking although I havn’t done it so can’t offer any suggestions.

  As I said in the other thread, if you use a Third Party host, you won’t need the upgrade to do sound files, only video.
