gayanp123, all blogs and websites will eventually show on Google. Some take longer than others. Updating the blog on a regular basis helps them find you better also. Also add your link to Google directly. http://www.google.com/addurl/
WordPress.com has more restrictions though compared to other blogging platforms. We can’t have ads where we can make money and we can’t have javascript codes which could cause security problems.

@learnquranonline1, your blog is already indexed by Google, and Bing won’t be far behind. Every time you publish a new post, wordpress automatically pings all major search engines and services for you.
As far as adding your blog to your site, you can put a link to it on your site. The other way is to use an iframe on your site, but this is not recommended since it is quite problematic.

@gayanp, adsense is probably asked about at least ten times each week, and sometimes 10 times a day. Search the forums for adsense and you will get many hundreds of theads on it. Or just take a peak at this other current thread:

If your blog is hosted here at wordpress.COM, it doesn’t matter if you have the domain mapping and your own domain name or not. All the wordpress.COM restrictions still apply.
To have adcents you would have to either use a completely different platform that allows adcents, or you would have to self-host a blog on a third-party hosting site such as dreamhost or godaddy, etc.) using the wordpress software from wordpress.ORG.
Figure $10 to $25 per month in combined hosting/domain registration costs depending on bandwidth and storage requirements. Oh my god..this is not really easy and this is so hard..Ohh god i thought earn some xtra money and now ohh its so much hard and hard..anyway can u help me with this?..abut earn xtra money with adsense and blogs?..i have poor knowledge and also my english is not so good…

We cannot advertise here at wordpress.COM, so we know virtually nothing about it, and if you are starting a blog just to make extra money, that is really the wrong reason and you won’t make much money if that is the reason.
You have to have high-quality original content on the blog (not copy and paste from the web or other sources) to build readership. Without readership there is no chance of making money. Figure on at least a year to get enough search engine ranking to see much in the way of ad revenue coming in. Unless you are techcrunch, or Scoble, or one of the other high profile blogging sites that get hundreds of thousands of hits per month or more, you aren’t going to be making the big bucks.
Also, more and more people are doing like me and installing the adblockplus add-on in their browsers which blocks all ads. That means I virtually never see an ad anywhere on the internet, and there is no chance I will ever click on one. Adblockplus has been downloaded over 53 million times and that number grows every month.
