Adding my blog to Google Search

Hello guys can anyone tell me is my site on Google , yahoo and msn?..and how can i link it with wordpress?.

gayanp123, this forum is only for asking for help with WordPress.COM blogs. Questions for self-hosted sites need to be asked on the WordPress.ORG forum.
But they will also tell you what we have is that you have to update your blog to have it be indexed by search engines. Your site is already on Google but on the WordPress.com forum. The forum is updated dozens of times a day and that’s why your site is already listed on Google but on the WordPress.com forum. If you don’t have a regularly updated site, it will take longer to be on search engines. You need to update to give them something to index.

Time and how good your blog is are what search engines need to have from bloggers. I’m not only thinking how to get people come to my blog, but also how to get them visit it again and again. Any ideas about that?

This is the support forum for blogs hosted on wordpress.COM. Your blog is NOT hosted on wordpress.COM.
That said, you will have to submit your blog to Google yourself.

Hi,
I set up a blog about a month ago. I am new to blogging and so am still trying to find my feet. The main problem I have is finding my blog in google search. It only seems to appear in google if I type in a number of very specific key words together. I would have thought it would come up somewhere on the first number of pages if I used the two main key words, namely kildare and planning, together. I have manually submitted the web address to google but this does not appear to have made any difference. I would be greateful for any advice.

All I can suggest is that you don’t use the word “planning” very much, so you’ll never rank high for that actual term, and that you could increase your attractiveness to Google with some images.
Images have Captions, Alt Text, Descriptions, and Filenames: those are four places in every image you could use the terms “Kildare Planning Image Number Whatever” or similar terms. Google Image Search is a huge source of referrals to WordPress.com blogs.
I am assuming your blog is set for visibility to search engines under Privacy, right?

Just submit your url to every search engine.
Open the search engine, and then search with key word “submit url”, and follow the instruction. i think it’s very easy.But of course, it takes time for search engine indexing you url.
