Adding my blog to my business website

Hi – I would like to display my most recent blogs on my website, and for them to update automatically as a new blog is posted. I can’t seem to find any code on the wordpress site to allow me to do this – does anyone know if this is possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Does your website have the ability to draw from an RSS feed?
If so, then this is the RSS feed for the blog linked to your user name for posts (entries) http://coloursmith.wordpress.com/feed/ and this is the RSS feed Url for your comments http://coloursmith.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
If your website is NOT equipped to draw from RSS feeds then do be aware we do not provide support for that. We support only wordpress.COM free hosted blogs here.
You will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
