Adding my logo to an enterprise wordpress blog
-
I have an enterprise wordpress blog with CSS. Am trying to upload my new logo into the main page. Everytime I try to upload the logo, the software only allows me to show 1/2 of the logo. How do I resolve this?

Are you trying to add your logo as a header image? If so, you’ll see the best results if you upload a photo that is 960 × 80 pixels.
If you’re trying to add your logo via a different page (i.e. your custom CSS), can you let me know where exactly you’re coming across this problem?

You’ll need to use a photo editing program, like Paint or Photoshop, to change the size of the photo. If you have trouble, can you let me know what program you’re using?

All of your uploaded header images look fine to me at Appearance -> Header, but you haven’t chosen any of them.
What looks wrong to you?

Could you upload the full image at Media > Add New so that we could take a look at it there too?
When I load one of the logos you’ve uploaded at Appearance > Header it looks complete to me:

thanks for this. I have uploaded the image into media so you can look at it. Still trying to get it to 960 x 80. The image cuts at the bottom when I try to upload it into the header. Any assistance would be helpful. Big thanks.

The image that you have uploaded is 800 × 259. No matter what you do with that, the height is going to chopped considerably.
You’ll need to stretch it with a photo editor to match 960 x 80, or switch to a theme with a taller header image area.
