Adding my own thumbnail to a post when I share on facebook

  This probably sounds really silly, but I cannot work out how to put my own personalised thumbnail on my new postings when I share a new post on facebook. Can I have a selection of thumbnails to choose from? I am wondering whether, as my blog is new, people might think my blog postings are junk as there is just the wordpress logo showing on my postings? Can anyone help.

  You haven’t added a blog picture nor Gravatar. To add a Gravatar it’s in Dashboard>Users>My Profile and for a blog picture it’s Dashboard>Settings>General. I think Facebook use the Gravatar image, but you can add the same image to both, there’s nothing to lose by doing so.
