adding my wordpress email account to my gmail account

  I’ve already set up email forwarding to forward any emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my gmail ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I’m trying to set it up so that I can send emails FROM (email visible only to moderators and staff) from my gmail account. Can you help me set that up?
