Adding Navigation Bar/Moving Things/Adding

So I chose the Radcliffe 2 design, which looked to have a navigation bar up top along with a social media section. Above the title of the site was personal contact information. When I logged in to customize, none of those things were there and I cannot seem to find how to add those things anywhere. Can you please help by tomorrow afternoon. Thanks!

See the Make It Easy to Get in Touch section of the Radcliffe 2 theme guide, that @timethief mentioned above, for information and instructions regarding this feature. It says:
Radcliffe 2 includes a site-wide banner with your contact details, which you can display in either the header or the footer of your website. To add your address, hours, and contact details, navigate to Customize → Contact Info.

WordPress.com theme guides may sometimes presume prior experience and knowledge of certain features. Radcliffe 2 has two menu locations. The main navigation menu is barely mentioned in the guide. The “Stay Connected” section of the guide briefly describes the location of the Social Menu, and provides a list of social media sites that may be linked to icons in the menu.
For detailed instructions on creating and managing a custom menu such as the main navigation menu see the Custom Menus support page. A social links menu is also a custom menu, but it’s a special type of custom menu, requiring special instructions. For detailed instructions regarding setting up the social links menu, see the Add a Social Links Menu support page.
In the customizer, menus may be created and managed at Customize > Menus.

Just joined wordpress.com (beginner) and my banner black bar is too large. I tried setting it and can’t find a way to prevent it from overwriting my articles.
