I want to add a new author to my blog, he has no wordpress account and doesn’t need one because he will only contribute to my blog. How can he log in without having a wordpress account?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

He can’t. The only way to add contributors to your blog is if they have WordPress.com accounts. He’ll need the dashboard access to be able to publish his own posts and manage comments on his posts. Notification emails for comments are also only sent to the author account email address.
Note that he can register an account without creating a blog, if that’s the problem. On the account registration screen where you have to pick a blog name just look for the option to continue without creating a blog. Also be aware that the only information you need to provide to create an account is an email address and username. No other personal information is required, so if he picks an alias as username and set up a free email address there’s no way his account can be directly connected to him.
If he’s adamant about not creating an account he’ll have to email you his posts and you’ll need to compose them in the editor and publish them. However, then those posts will be listed under your author archives and he won’t be able to manage comments on those posts.
