Adding new contributors through direct sign up

  I am searching for a method to allow people to sign up as a contributor on my blog http://fabricartistry.wordpress.com. I saw the INVITE feature, but I was looking for a feature like in this example here – http://wesewretro.com/wp-login.php

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
