Adding new credit card

I’ve been trying to add a new credit card to my account so I can upgrade my plan, but there seems to be something wrong with the system. I would live chat with customer service directly, but since I haven’t upgraded yet, I can’t. Please help.

Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the original upgrade for it?
