Adding new font

    How can I add custom fonts to my site. I added the following code to custom CSS and not working. Pls help me.
    @font-face {
    font-family:’Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif,’Myanmar3′;
    src:local(‘Myanmar3’), url(‘http://mmwebfonts.comquas.com/fonts/myanmar3.woff’) format(‘woff’), url(‘http://mmwebfonts.comquas.com/fonts/myanmar3.ttf’) format(‘ttf’);
    }

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Thar Htet Aung, you’ll need to choose a font from our Google Fonts or Typekit collection in the Customizer’s Fonts panel. For security reasons it’s not possible to import new fonts from third-party sources on WordPress.com.

    As a substitute for Helvetica Neue, you might want to look at Calluna Sans, Museo Sans, Merriweather Sans, or Open Sans.
