adding new media

    I am trying to add files to new posts but although I seem to be able to download them to the media library , they appear on the post page as only the title which is underlined–in this case a file called ‘Ida- film review’. When I do press the icon for ‘text’ in the new editing system–and then’ paste’— another file appears ‘Mr. Klein- film review. I have actually never downloaded this Klein file. but is in the same folder as the one I am trying to download. I have taken the ‘Ida’ file out of the folder and tried again but the same thing happens. It also happens with any other file I try to put in the post. The ‘Klein’ file appears. HELP!!!

    What KINDS of files are you uploading?

    If you want to put actual text from a document into a post you have to copy the text in the document, not upload the document. Then you paste it in the Write Post box.
