Adding new media (http error)

    Hi I can not add any images to any of my posts.

    Every time I try upload a new image it fails and I get a (HTTP Error) message

    from the dashboard if i select New > Media it directs me to this page

    http://echowater.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-new.php

    the page loads this error message
