Adding new page

I am adding a new page to my existing site. I have the new page still in draft until I get this problem resolved. The page shows the navigation bar and my logo at the top of the page but nothing the graphic like the rest of the site. I can’t do anything with this “header” section like add the graphic. Any help?

I’m having trouble trying to post a finished page. It said it was published and copies it in pages again. It won’t go on site. I’ve tried settings, copy and past on a blank page. It also says post published in little letters ant end. My home page and contact are on site.

I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
