Adding New PlugIn

    Good afternoon, I am having trouble adding the Slider Revolution plug-in being that an error message pops up when attempting to install. I receive a ‘zero_length_file’ error code after multiple attempts. Is there any way to solve this issue?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there, it almost sounds like there may be something wrong with the plugin’s files. Are you adding it directly through the dashboard and WordPress.org, or did you buy a premium plugin from their site? If you downloaded it from their site, could you try redownloading it again?
