Adding new users

I have read through several of the help forums but none of which reflect what I see in my dashboard. I am not able to add new users to my wordpress site, the only options that appear are to be adding existing users. When I go to MY SITE, there is no MANAGE and thus no PEOPLE tab to invite a new user and then add a role to that user. Help please. Not sure where else I should be looking or if I am missing something. Thank you in advance.

What is the URL of the site you need help with? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was created only four minutes before you posted this forum thread, and you don’t currently own any sites with us.
Note that this forums are only for sites hosted on WordPress.com, and all our documentation, and the My Site interface is specific to this platform.
If you’re using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, then none of our documentation applies to your site. In that case, the best place to ask for help is over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead.

Interesting, I am logged into https://www.makewonder.com/ and we have had this site for awhile now. Not sure why it would show a different account. Is there anything else I can provide you to help resolve this? Whenever I click to adding a new user, it defaults to an “add existing user”

As @kokkieh explained above, you’ve created this new account at WordPress.com which is another different hosting provider like AWS where your site is actually hosted. You need to register an account and ask for advice at the correct forum for the software your site uses.
