Adding older posts

  I just started my wordpress blog today. However, I have several old posts from a blog I had created using a mixture of HTML and Frontpage (www.meelissa.com). Is there a way to add these older posts to my new wordpress blog? I realize this will probably be manual, and that’s Ok. But I don’t know how to publish a post with a prior date. Thanks in advance for any help offered!

  Post editor > Publish module > click “Edit” for “Published on”, change date, click Update Post.

  Or (faster): Posts > Edit > click Quick Edit (shows up when you hover under post title), change date, click Update Post.
