Adding onAir plugin

    onAir pluging enables to show all the radio and TV broadcats where a people is interviewed, and to easily access Replay and podcasts.
    An increasing number of people are willing to use it, but it’s impossible on wordpress.com as the plugin is available only in javascript.
    We would love WordPress.org to integrate our plugin !
