Adding one admin to myself

Hi Everybody,
I have been asked by my organization to add one e-mail to mine, so they can have access to my blog in case anything is wrong. I am not sure this is possible can you help me? I do not want to make a mess….I’m not an IT expert!!! And I can’t find it anywhere, on Facebook there’s a phrase like: add one admin to yours….

To do that, you must log in as an Administrator and invite a new User to join the site. The User will be sent an email with instructions to follow. That new User can be you, as long as a different email is used. See…
