Adding ONE photo from gallery

  I am trying to add an already uploaded photo to a post. When I am in the writing post mode I have clicked on the icon for adding a photo. I am taken to my photo gallery and only have the option to add the entire gallery. I need to add ONE picture not ALL the pictures. Please help ASAP.

  In the insert image window, at the top, click on the “media library” tab and there you can choose any photo you want to insert into the post.

  That doesn’t work at all for me. There’s no add button in the media library window. It’s useless and doesn’t work.

  @twobolts, First off , we need a link to your blog, and we need more information. Are you in the post editor when trying to add an image or are you in the media library page you access by clicking on the “media” tab in the left-hand navigation in the dashboard?

  If you actually do have a wordpress.com blog, then I’d guess that you want to be in the post editor > add an image, then choosing the “from media library” option.
