Adding Other Users

  I want to add 4 or 5 users to by blog (I haven’t decided in what capacities yet). Do they need WordPress.com accounts, or is there a way to do it without?

  Yes they need to register with wordpress but they do not need to get blogs. This is what the FAQs says on the subject http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/17/how-do-i-add-more-authors-users-to-my-blog/

  What are the different roles?
